stayed in a 'standard double room' that was absolutely too cold, and I had to wear my jumper to sleep. The breakfast was nearly a disaster with undercooked hash brown pieces. I was nearly tempted to write a good review but I expected complimentary treats, not this. Would definitely reconsider next time.

would definitely visit it again.
The room was carpeted with a clothes rack, desk, dining area, and drying rack. It had a flat-screen TV, electric kettle, and private bathroom. They provided free toiletries and a hairdryer. There’s a seating area, and the entire unit was on the ground floor, wheelchair accessible. Spa facilities were quite nice, too.

The family room shower had limited water pressure, so consider showering early to avoid cold water.

Hot breakfast served was enjoyable and fueled up for the day ahead. Excellent location for grabbing a bite or heading out to explore nearby attractions.
Room got cold during the day, needing heating at night—tricky when you can’t adjust it down for morning comfort. Some parking nearby turned into a hassle due to local events. The toilet space felt tight for a couple.

missingWrote a review on Sept 23clean roomwarm breakfastsmall room
Welcoming hosts made my arrival smooth, even at 12.30 am. The breakfast was a highlight, offered a la carte with great choices. The room was spotlessly clean, with complimentary toiletries and a hairdryer. Conveniently located near university and beach. the room was small for a twin, mattress felt a bit soft, and the duvet was too warm for my taste. While I appreciated the laundry and printing services, parking became tricky during local events.

Couple's Delight
The breakfast was superb! ! Freshly cooked, it fueled us for long days ahead. Plus, the hosts were beyond accommodating, even storing our ice packs, making us feel at home.
It wasn’t inexpensive, but the value was still fair.

It was just a good match for a short visit in Aberdeen with great value. The hosts helped me carry my luggage, which was really nice. Look for street parking since it can be limited nearby.
